My instrument is tuned to 442 which kinda puts a wrinkle into playing with a symphony that is tuned to 440. However the bars individually are in tune and im happy with the tone of the bars. It is however weak on the very edges of the bars an forces me to play the sharps and flats more in the center of the bar than the edge.

| The frame seems rather solid I have one pin that has been bent in the two years I have owned the instrument. Its much like putting together a musser marimba nothing special in that department and seems to be standing up to being moved a lot. The instrument does not rattle yet and the frame is solid and is performing well for me.

| I have dealt with the manufacturer and I have a cracked bar that I still have not mananged to get replaced or repaired. I guess that would be my major complaint. I was told to take it to this music store and they would help ......took it there they were no help and its been cracked now for two years

| I am happy with the instrument and its quaility I know there are not many out there. It would be a great instrument for a university and sounds great (Still a bit sharp) with the orchestra's I perform with. I would buy this instrument again just hoping that I would have known that I could not have gotten the bar replaced a bit easier. I am going to try again however.
