Comments: Great sound. Tinny? Forget it. Amazing. Fattest Bass. Most volume. Adjustable resonators. (resonators going out of tune is not the instruments fault, try the weather...). Tuning is ok, bad bars are swappable. Ranges are good.

Comments: ONE PERSON SETUP/BREAKDOWN.
Resonators too heavy? Try getting aluminum....
Height adjustable is the best looking and working system around.
No frame noise, ever. (assuming you set it up right)
Casters are finally great!
Cord is fine.
Graduated bars, wide in the bottom. hard to play? big deal, sounds the best.
One person transport with awesome soft cases

Comments: Simply the best looking one out there....unless you like screws, nuts, bolts, cranks, and pipes as the visible components of your instrument...

Comments: Response was fine, but instrument took longer than the estimate they gave me...I have it now though.

Comments: I would only spend money on a different brand if this one didn't exist.

Sound & Tone
Rating: 3
Comments: Resonates well but has a very thin tone. The low end is very tin sounding. It is a pain to tune each bars resonator and there is often resonators going out of tune. The bars seem to catch the mallet and cause a lot of work for each stroke. I was very disapointed.
Design & Construction
Rating: 6
Comments: The frame is sturdy but very heavy. The resonators come in six peices all of which are extremely heavy. All rattles are easy to fix and are usually the resonators touching eachother. The resonators are great but the bars are very wide and far apart, which in my opinion gives it the tinny sound.
