An early Leedy Vibraphone. A very full and bright sound, especially in the upper register. Harder mallets seem to actually make the instrument sound better, although it kind of takes your head off.

| Incredibly solid frame. Same width bars. Motor way to loud. Had it fixed but still too loud. I don't use the motor. Very difficult to transport. I just play it occasionally at home. More of a collectors item.

| Looks pretty good. I repainted the frame and cleaned the resonators. The bars look real good for a 1920's instrument.

| I like it because of the history. I probably wouldn't play it in a jazz band but it would be great for an orchestra setting.
