Sound & Tone
Rating: 9
Comments: All bars are in tune with standard tuning pitches. Soft yarn mallets are preferable. Medium volume at best.
Design & Construction
Rating: 10
Comments: Stand is sturdy. Resonators detache so that one can fold up the legs for easy transport. Rosewood keys.
Appearance
Rating: 10
Comments: The instrument is in excellent condition. All minor defects in the frame have been repaired, except for two small missing pieces of metal at the ends of the leg pipes. Resonators are in tact and their is no blockage. Keys are in near-perfect condition.
Customer Support

Comments: Jenco went out of business a very long time ago. There is no way to contact them.
Overall Rating
Rating: 9
Comments: I love the instrument, but the 2.5 octave range isn't really conducive to professional playing practice. It would be perfect for a beginner/intermediate player.
