Sound & Tone
Rating: 9
Comments: Nice, bright, clear tones. This is a 1930s era instrument with rosewood bars made by Deagan.
Design & Construction
Rating: 6
Comments: The xylophone has a wooden frame on a Kohler-Liebach stand. Easy to set up and without rattles. In place, it's quite sturdy however, if the instrument is moved while set up, frame supports tend to collapse.
Appearance
Rating: 8
Comments: Bars and frame have a beautiful patina. Stand and resonators are...well...old.

Comments: Great for the student or pro who doesn't have the room or need for more than 3 octaves. I used this for orchestral training.
